Students

  • Photos must meet the requirements listed below.  (University ID Cards reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
  • After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your student email address (jagmail).
  • You will pick up your ID card when you arrive for your orientation. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your Jag Card.)

  • Once you have registered for classes, you can pick up your ID card from the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your Jag Card.)

  • Once enrollment is confirmed, your card will be printed.
  • Your first replacement ID will have a $20 replacement ID fee and must be paid at the time of pickup.
  • For each additional card replacement after the initial charge, there will be a $5 additional fee. 
  • Currently only card and tap-to-pay are available. 

Nursing, Name, and Departmental Badges

  • Name Badges (nursing, OT, & Speech & Hearing) are $20 when purchased online, or $15 if purchased in person.
  • Currently only card and tap-to-pay are available. 
Departmental Jag Card Purchases are $15 and must be paid through Interdepartmental Transfers. 

Photo Requirements

  • Plain, smooth background
  • Look straight at the camera
  • Top of shoulders and head should be visible, no body pictures
  • Appropriate lighting and clear face, no harsh shadows
  • No extra people or group photos
  • No hand signs, car selfies, or distracting backgrounds
  • No hats, sunglasses, props, masks, etc.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or by appointment.

*University closures, orientations, and holidays may impact business hours.
