Jag Card
Students
New Freshman Students
- Photos must meet the requirements listed below. (University ID Cards reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
- After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your student email address (jagmail).
- You will pick up your ID card when you arrive for your orientation. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your Jag Card.)
Transfer and Graduate Students

- After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your student email address (jagmail).
- Once you have registered for classes, you can pick up your ID card from the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your Jag Card.)
Replacement ID
- Please visit the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your Jag Card.)
- Once enrollment is confirmed, your card will be printed.
- Your first replacement ID will have a $20 replacement ID fee and must be paid at the time of pickup.
- For each additional card replacement after the initial charge, there will be a $5 additional fee.
- Currently only card and tap-to-pay are available.
Nursing, Name, and Departmental Badges
Nursing and Name Badges
- Name Badges (nursing, OT, & Speech & Hearing) are $20 when purchased online, or $15 if purchased in person.
- Currently only card and tap-to-pay are available.
Departmental Jag Card
Departmental Jag Card Purchases are $15 and must be paid through Interdepartmental
Transfers.
Photo Requirements
- Plain, smooth background
- Look straight at the camera
- Top of shoulders and head should be visible, no body pictures
- Appropriate lighting and clear face, no harsh shadows
- No extra people or group photos
- No hand signs, car selfies, or distracting backgrounds
- No hats, sunglasses, props, masks, etc.
